Sandstone is a sedimentary rock composed mainly of sand-size mineral or rock grains. Sandstone comes in many colors but the most common are brown, gray, tan, yellow, red, and white. Sandstone is weather resistant that makes sandstone a common building and paving material. With a vivid beauty and varied shades in colour makes sandstone preferable and budgeted choice for flooring, wall cladding, stairs, garden feature, artifacts, etc.

Sandstone in India has violent tones and natural shades which make it a wonderful choice for both interior and exterior finishes. By adding different finishes to sandstone it can be made classy and elegant on both interior and exterior applications. Sandstone is available in standard sizes, dimension and cut to sizes tiles, slabs, blocks, cobbles, bricks, palisades, kerbs, pebbles and gravels. Options for both side edges are cut in natural, sawn or machine cut. Polished and honed surface finish on sandstone tiles are always in demand. Chiseled, bush hammered, sandblasted and leather finishes are also used in both interior and exterior stone applications. Physically, they are very Hard, Compact, Fine grained, equi-granular homogeneous rocks of sedimentary nature (Sandstone) & metamorphic nature (Quartzite). 

Color Minor color tonal variations exist but within the tolerance limit.

Chemically, they are very resistant Mono-Mineralic rocks, principally composed of silica. The other minor constituents vary from origin to origin
